CAN I WORKOUT ANYWHERE? AT THE GYM, AT HOME, IN A HOTEL OR WHILE ON VACATION?
Because everything is personalized, you will just need to send me a quick message to let me know where you will be working out (preferably with some advance notice). Then, I can create you an appropriate workout for your environment and based on what equipment you have available!
HOW LONG DO YOUR WORKOUTS TYPICALLY TAKE?
Again, because everything is personalized for YOUR goals, it will depend from woman to woman. However, typically my workouts tend to be about 30-45 minutes in length and will ALWAYS be less than hour! But if you want them to be shorter or longer, just let me know! That's the beauty of working one-to-one with someone!
I SEE THAT THERE ARE NUTRITION COURSES. HOW MUCH TIME EACH WEEK WILL THEY TAKE? AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Our nutrition courses are personally created and recorded videos on topics that will pertain to your needs. You will be able to access all of the videos upon signing up and logging in to your member's account. You will get one course each week to complete. These courses will be video presentations that will never be more than half an hour. You can watch the video on your time whenever you want throughout the week to learn all of the tips and tricks surrounding nutrition. Our goal is that once you finish your 16 weeks with us, you will be more than ready to continue your journey on your own and will never need to follow another "program" or "diet" again! You will be equipped with all of the resources and knowledge that you will ever need for a lifetime of success!
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Again, we will create the workout to fit whatever equipment you have on hand! But with that being said, we typically recommend a pair of dumbbells and a set of resistance bands which can easily be purchased on Amazon, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx or any local sports store.
I AM CURRENTLY PREGNANT OR RECENTLY POSTPARTUM. DO YOU HAVE PLANS FOR ME?
ABSOLUTELY!!! Yes! We will create a fitness (and nutrition plan if you want it) that is safe and effective for both you and baby! We will focus on exercises that will give you an easier and faster delivery and heal and recover your abdominal muscles. You will be feeling strong and confident in now time!
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR PHONE APP OR GYM TRAINER?
First of all, we are real people who support you and get to build a relationship with you. We also customize everything to you and your hormonal needs. A generic app will not be able to exactly personalize everything to you. We give you the support and motivation you need and are there through a simple message if you ever have a question. And as far as a personal trainer at a gym goes, it is much more expensive and adds a lot of constraints. With us, you can workout anywhere on your time!
HOW WILL YOU BE ABLE TO ASSESS MY HORMONES?
We will ask you some questions and questionnaires so we can better get a gauge of where you are in your menstrual cycle. Then, you will also have the option to get your hormones lab tested and reviewed by us for a small fee (see Services section). From there, we will build the best plan to optimize your health as a woman.
MY CYCLE IS SUPER OFF. SHOULD I TRY ANOTHER BIRTH CONTROL TO GET IT BACK ON TRACK?
The simple answer is talk to your doctor. But with that being said, more likely than not, your hormones are off balance and causing an irregular cycle. To actually help fix the problem (and not just put a bandaid on it), you will need to reset your body. This is done through cycle syncing your period cycle, proper nutrition and expertly created fitness around your monthly hormone fluctuations. All of which we provide!
